Balıkesir University (BAUN) has added another step to its digital transformation efforts by revamping its corporate website. Prepared and launched by the Information Technology Department, the new website stands out with its dynamic structure, mobile device compatibility, up-to-date coding languages, security features, and AI-powered capabilities.
The new interface, with its user-friendly design, offers visitors a faster and more effective experience, while the AI-powered digital assistant module facilitates access to frequently searched information. The new website provides quicker access to the university's latest news, events, announcements, academic units, and student services.
Following the launch of the new website, Balıkesir University Rector Prof. Dr. Yücel Oğurlu emphasized the importance of bringing the website up to date with today's technologies, stating, "We are working to accelerate our university's digital transformation and provide better service to our users. Our new website is also an important part of the digital transformation as one of the university's visible faces."
